Concentrate containing foaming agents, microbes and citrus. A multi purpose product but it does require preparation and basic additional equipment. Designed to be used to clean down food establishment equipment such as post mix machines, meat slicing machines and similar areas where food residues build up and scraps accumulate. Very effective in cleaning out problematic cracks and crevices. Can be also be used to treat drains and pit traps. Great for treating dumpsters and garbage bins when emptied. Use monthly. Dilute 30ml of product with one litre of water in a special foam sprayer. These can be hand-held specially designed pneumatic sprayers (Birchmeyer) or larger electrically powered units.
